Short description: Sharing experiences in the use of green technologies to improve livelihood options in rural communities Description: Rural development is critical in the fight against poverty and in achieving the millenium development goals. Green technologies can be used to create more jobs, reduce drudgery, improve living conditions and create sufficient time for gainful engagement. The partner of this excahnge have experiences in the use of some appropriate green technologies and the project would allow for experience sharing and learning apart from adaptation and adoption of relevant green technologies in efforts to improve livelihood options in rural communities
