The debrief seminar hosted their farewell dinner on a River Cruiser, and as you can see, the participants enjoyed meeting each other again after completing their exchange.

The debrief seminar and the preparatory course were staged in the same city and almost overlapping in time. These two events exemplify a full exchange cycle for FK partners and participants. Whilst the preparatoty course for many is their first encounter with FK and their partner, the debrief seminar gives people and organisations a possibility to evaluate, provide valuable feedback and exchange experiences from a year filled with challenges, frustration and growth.   
 

The debrief seminar was held Monday 5. and Tuesday 6. October in Thailand with 24 participants, together with their partner contacts. The follwoing day, wednesday October 7th, the Director General of FK, Nita Kapoor, gave the opening remarks at the welcome dinner on the 14th prep course in Asia. 17 participants, from 3 different partnerships and from 8 different coutries in Asia are participating in this prep course. These participants will stay together for a 3 weeks training in Bangkok. The prep course includes various team building excercises including both partners and participants.
