EXCHANGE

By exchange we mean the physical exchange of employees between organisations, corporations and public services in both Norway and countries in Asia, Africa and South-America. Practically this is facilitated by FK through courses, preparation and financial coverage. Partners exchange workers in an equal exchange for a period of time, i.e. a year. The aim is to further both parties involved, including the individual workers being exchanged.
To achieve this FK runs a series of courses and seminars: Partner courses, preparatory courses for participants and re-entry seminars, network gatherings etc. In addition to this we also arrange for individual partner meetings where FK representatives meets partner representatives to discuss and evaluate projects.

NETWORKING

FK also runs a range of activities that involves networking and network communication i Norway, Africa, Asia and South-America. Some of these are public events initiated and partly financed by FK. Others see FK as participants and/or contributors. The aim is many way self-explanatory: to create opportunities for networking between individuals, countries, organisations and regions so that we in cooperation can improve the world. The principal thought is that where people meet and communicate is also the basis for creating a safer, more stable and efficient society.
If invited to one of FKs events, you should take the opportunity to make acquaintances and learn about other organisations, societies and cultures.
